Haven't checked the forum in a while and just saw this. Looks like Redline won't be doing any east coast events next year. I'm sure it's a wise business decision and they will eventually be back with an east coast schedule in years to come.
I didn't have a good experience at the Nashville event in 2009 which formed my decision not to do anymore of their events. I have no doubt that the Redline guys are great, but it seemed like they were understaffed for what they were trying to do at Nashville, and that might of been the issue. Track time was track time and was great. I had some other smaller issues, but they were handled poorly. It may of been the IA guys that I was dealing with. However, in this current day, there are too many other organizations that put on great events. Not trying to discredit Redline as I truly believe that are doing something great for the community, just giving some feedback from a customers perspective as I know they are a business. I had a couple of friends who ran the event and had generally the same experience, others that had no issues and had a great weekend. For reference, I run 15-20 events a year ranging from the Southeast to Mid Atlantic to Midwest/Great Lakes.
