I noticed you're using one of those piece-of-shit Turbonetics wastegates...
Keep an eye on the sleeve that isolates the rod actuator from the diaphram housing.
It tends to get loose and jam the wastegate.
Easy fix is to stake the sleeve into the housing so it doesn't get loose.
