The white connector in the first photo looks like the 1-wire low coolant level sensor, it should go straight forward towards the front of thermostat housing. The wire on the low coolant level sensor tends to break easily, BTW.
The other connector looks like it is supposed to connect to a fan relay. There are only 3 relays visible in the photo, there should be 4.
