!!!!!STOP THE PRESSES!!!!!

I just found out this afternoon that there is a way to get the documents I need to title the 1984 here in TN.

All it is going to cost me is a half day off work, and $1 cash.

AND! The black one should be resolved as well. The guy I got it from just got the title today, and is going to mail it to me tomorrow.

So things have kinda done a 180 since I posted this.

The Rotary Gods are looking out for me.
