I came in with an exhaust leak. I told him I thought the gaskets were bad and he said he wasn't going to take my word for it. HE looked and found that the gaskets were fine but the passenger's side muffler had a crack in the pipe right after the Y-PIPE. Welded it shut on the spot, checked for more leaks and installed new hangers within 15 minutes.
This man told my wife to come right under the car and check it out herself "this isn't man stuff only"
and she appreciated that because too many people assume women are utterly clueless.
