Yes I made it. It is thicker, but in no way its better made. The pic does not show it, but every edge looks like crap
Its 1/8" thick, I wanted it to be a baffle and at the same time, a reinforcement against flex.
On the outside of the pan, there´s an oil pan brace, of the same thickness.
