so ive been doing some more reading and on modern wrc cars, they use a different type of antilag that uses EGR. instead of using a throttle bypass valve to get air to the turbine, they use a engine bypass valve that goes directly from post compressor to the turbo manifold like this
I was thinking about trying this, but using the factory EGR passages.. all I would have to do is make an adapter to bolt up a vavle to where the ACV or EGR would go. Im thinking the factory vavles are probably too small
this way it could still idle normally, but the turbo would get plenty of air for the antilag when enabled
