A few years ago I broke mine loose by using a piece of angle iron with holes, but I didn't have a flywheel stopper back then. I also had it sitting on the ground though, and it did tilt a little bit but mine probably wasn't as tight as yours. Maybe using the angle iron and putting it on the ground will help though. As long as you can keep the engine from twisting with it. But the impact gun should help too. Sorry, I'm not much help haha.
