I have the rough prototype mold of the curved pipe done. once I'm done with the 2 prototypes, I'll make some real molds with molding resin and be able to mass produce them fairly quickly. Everything will be made to order though, so there will be about a 2 week turnaround, but you'll be able to specify weave pattern, color, etc.

The finial molded pipes (not the prototypes) will be 3 layer, 1 piece pipes (no cutting and refusing), so they will be strong. I can't comment on pricing till I get the prototypes finished and I can establish the total based costs of supplies etc.
