The Holley FPR can be a good unit, and quite cheap. The only thing is, you need to disassemble it and clean up the area where the spring/gasket assembly is. They leave a rough surface that can cause them to hang up a bit otherwise.

(disclaimer: I have not done this, I just read about it on the internet. I do run a Holley FPR, and it is a little glitchey, which is why I intend to try this some day)
