Kind of a conflict of interest to me. Ted does possess a lot of good information, it is just the delivery that is an issue.
So, Vincent, in the User Control Panel, just add Ted to your ignore list and you will be fine

I would take you up on your advice, but I don't believe I will be sticking around. I came here because a friend told me that this site was different from the other rotary site (rx7club). So far I'm not convinced. Had what I thought were some valid questions for someone wanting to turbo a NA motor. Thought I could get a few pointers from guys who have ACTUALLY done this. Got labeled a newb(even though I've been on rx7club for 6 years). Tried explaining myself and got alienated (and insulted) some more. Then I got an "infraction" for stating the obvious. On top of that, everyone steps in and defends Ted all because "Ted is Ted".
So, you guys have fun and take care. Maybe in the future the powers that be will be a little more selective about who they give "mod" status too. For me, moderators are people who represent the site and are what gives the site their reputation. They are supposed to be knowledgeable and respectful to EVERYONE, regardless of how "newb" they are. I don't care how smart Ted is or what all he has done for the rotary community-none of that will ever "right" his horrible attitude towards me and others.
See ya.
