Its pretty easy, I am one of the FEW people who actually measure this in my own car

There is a direct relationship to compressor speed and psi delivered, you will find this info on a compressor map of the (half turbo) you are deciding to run. what speed you spin the compressor at will directly relate to the boost you will get But you need to find a compressor map of the unit you are wanting to convert.

If you look at my threads featuring VBOX logs of my car you will see printed in the report tables compressor speed for various boost levels
