They are just big hunks of urethane so they are easy to repair. Any of the bumper repair material like
3Ms will work great. Ours were old and white when we got em and we painted them off the car in the garage with my 20g air compressor and a HF HVLP gun. If you can get them fixed and fitted before taking them to the body shop you'll save a lot of money.
