I have to agree that the stores in Bryson City are not that great - had trouble finding any decent salmon last year - there is one big chain grocery that has decent selection but they didn't have my black truffle oil so I was peeved - I like the idea of freezing the meat then taking it - wish my car had more room for taking stuff.
Seriously though - I want to sing acapella.
