Yeah, in my minds eye I'm seeing like 10' of copper or aluminum tube that runs away from the heat source, then just coils along the firewall for like 2' until reaching sensors mounted near the wiper blade motor.
My concern with that would be the potential for a pressure drop due to the turns and distance required to cool the air enough for sensors to last a reasonable amount of time.
