What's with the BOLD, ALL CAPS?!
If you scroll down on the "Reply to Thread" till you get to "Additional Options", you'll see "Attach Files/Manage Attachments". . Click that and you'll be able to upload images from your device. Another way is to use image links from accounts like Photobucket and Flickr.
