It's flat because the upper line is reading AFR and the scaling is weird. Torque is not on that graph.
But yeah, the AFRs are solid and consistent, and thats nice.
looks like you need to raise the rev limiter to 8k to have your upshift be better in the powerband. 8k@175whp is not going to hurt a T2 trans in the slightest.
