The filter was replaced last year or the year before (can't remember). The pump was in the car when I bought it so I have no idea about its age.
I don't think the temp sensor was buggy at the time since I've been testing multiple times when its reading right (even tested it again today after finding a loose vacuum hose hoping it was that). It always goes lean under full boost but is fine at other times (as long as the temp sensor is reading ok). Once the temp sensor goes to -25 (which it did again today for 2-3 minutes), vaccum becomes rich and boost becomes ok again at roughly 11 afr.
What have you heard about the 1300's?
I guess its time I get a fuel pressure gauge too.
