Pull Turbo kit 4 times to install new gaskets, check wastegate, machine turbo manifold, inspect turbo(about 10-12 wasted hours and a PITA)
Go thru all that headache and still feel like you are chasing your own tail until you pull the LIM to check the metal gasket only to find it in great shape. However, upon pulling LIM I noticed the guy who did powdercoating work managed to get some of the LIM to Engine mating surface powdercoated also. Put on a stock LIM and now all of a sudden we are hitting 10lbs by 4k rpms

Funny how much stuff you will "fix" when trying to find the problem that never needed fixed in the first place. Oh well, lesson learned, take all Powder Coating work to RotaryResurrection.com in the future.
