I really think the best thing for you to do is to contact whoever sold you the car and get the exact modifications done. If you can't do that take it to a RX-7 specific shop (generic performance shop may or may not be able to tell you everything) and get them to really look everything over to get a general diagnosis of what you are working with.
To obtain the power level that your dyno sheet claims, you will have to have a healthy amount of work done and to make this power reliably it will need to have had even more work done. So do yourself and your engine a favor by not trying to increase the boost until you are 100% positive what is installed on the car. Who knows...you could be on an aggressive tune that has no wiggle room for extra boost.
