its good coverage but you have to be a little careful. we just took one in for a transmission issue, and they wrote it up as customer pay, but if its warranty it turns into warranty.
then they spent 1.5 hours, did nothing except print a bulletin that says if the car does this dont fix it.
they only charged $70 for that, it was very shady on the service writers part, if he gets a survey, he's getting torpedoed. dealership lost too, tech spent way way too much time.
so anyways, just be aware that they may ask you for a diagnonsis charge, its supposed to turn into warranty, if the part is covered, but it might not.
