Prize will be awarded around Xmas time....
First round, Me and couple of others (RCCD staff) will pick the 10 photos.
Second round, I'll set up threads with different catagory poll with 10 pics and people will vote!.. Thread will be locked for comments and open for just voting..
Final around will be pictures from each catagory and people will vote for the best Rotary Pic!
Regarding people putting catagories.. i think most are self explanatory.. If I can't tell, then we'll just reject it.. Only problem Will be when 2 different rotary models are in the same pic and one prefers one class better than another... that case, you must state which catagory.
