Yes More than likely your battery was low. Which caused the engine to
flood. Take your plugs out. Dry them off (use air compressor if you have one).
Pull EGI, and Fuel Pump Fuses. Turn the motor over for about 5 seconds. Put your dry plugs back in. Put you fuses back in. Make sure your battery is fully charged now. Then try and start again.
