We've built a few custom harnesses that we've shipped to customers for them to install. We can terminate all of the underhood connections and usually only leave the power connections for the ECU and fuel pump for the customer to finish. The cost starts at $300 for an FC harness if the ECU flying lead kit is purchased from us at the same time. FD harnesses are more complex and start at $400 for a single turbo harness. We use Raychem heat shrink and braided nylon sheath. All butt connections are soldered and double heat shrunk. Terminals are properly crimped.
