13B-REW: 19.0 Gal fuel tank
20B-REW: 22.5 Gal fuel tank


There were two engine options available, a 13B-REW and a 20B-REW.
  • 20B-REW - Three-rotor coupled to twin Hitachi turbochargers producing 300hp @ 6500 rpms and 296 lbft @ 3000 rpms
  • 13B-REW - Two-rotor coupled to twin Hitachi turbochargers producing 236hp @ 6500 rpms and 216 lb ft @ 3000 rpms

There was only one transmission option available, a JATCO 4 speed automatic but the ratios vary based on the engine selection.

The gear ratios for the 20B-REW are as follows:
1st: 2.78
2nd: 1.54
3rd: 1.00
4th: 0.69

The gear ratios for the 13B-REW are as follows:
1st: 3.03
2nd: 1.62
3rd: 1.00
4th: 0.69

The differential options also varied based on the engine selection.

For the 20B-REW:
  • Final drive ratio of 3.91
  • Viscous LSD from 1990 to 1991
  • Torsen LSD from 1992 to 1995
For the 13B-REW:
  • Final drive ratio of 4.30
  • Open differential standard from 1990 t0 1993
  • Viscous LSD optional from 1990 to 1991
  • Torsen LSD (optional for 1992 / 1993) from 1992 to 1995
