Who has any experience/info. on the OEM Showa Bathurst SP/Type R Coilovers?

I recently acquired these coilovers and will be running them on my street FD most likely... or I might sell them, who knows. I know they lower the car 20mm and can raise the car 5mm higher than stock. It says they are stiffer than the R1/R2 suspension, but softer than the Apexi/HKS coilovers. That's a pretty broad range. Does anyone know the actual spring rates?

R-R-Rx7's car came with these and told me he really likes them for street applications. Anyone else with first hand experience with them? I've searched the 7club and read all the threads that came up, but there just really isn't that much on them.
