Yes I did. 
I highly recommend the widefoot mounts. The other option is Mazda Competition mounts if you are a member but the pricing is very close to the Widefoots and not worth it. David doesn't have a web site but does respond to email.
I have a set of good condition stockers if you want a stock used set.
