Super Nice guy and always knows exactly what you are talking about. I love it! But there was a mix up one time. Wasn't his fault at all. Some secretary chick charged me $800 for my $10 gasket. haha. I had shit bouncing left and right like it was a dribbling basket ball. He made it right.
