Like Phil said, remove the pulley, there are 4 bolts that hold it to the bracket, three you will see when you remove the pulley. The forth one is set back a little just below where you take out the other 3.

As a side note, I use zip ties to attach it to the brake master cylinder to keep it out of the way during engine R & R.
