Yes- We "can" ship overseas- but its quite expensive and we must have your address AND phone # in order to obtain a shipment quote. Not very "cost effective" unless ordering in large qty. (several cases)
We have shipped Idemitsu to several overseas locations- (Italy,France,Germany, Switzerland, Malta, etc.)

US Postal Service will NOT allow us to ship any oils!-so it must ship via a private Shipping Co.
