A hundred shot is nothing major.
You'll certainly want a wet system, and upgrade your fuel pump. I've only ever had experience with a dry 50 shooter locally.....car ran excellent. We used a ZEX system being that, at the time, they were one of the few with a full throttle activation system - which is essential on a standard vehicle so you're not having to release a button when you're shifting.
Look into low output (sub 200hp) wet systems, read the scathcart thread and go at it.
