I would recommend swapping it out.
Used parts like this come up regularly - people part out engines all the time.
Drop a WTB post in the Classifieds, and you should get a response rather quickly.

When you bend pipes like this, it is next to impossible to bend it back into place and massage the ID back to original.
This part is very important to the oil system, so no sense take any unnecessary risks.
classicauto has already mention the point about proper mount height, and this is very important too.
Too low and the oil pan crushes the wire mesh and can restrict the inflow.
Too high and starvation of the pick-up is increased due to oil sloshing around in the sump.
