It doesn't use his stock intake. He'd have to get an RB Holley manifold and adapt the Sterling to that. It's probably also not nearly big enough for him depending on his porting.

For drag racing, either should work. Holleys are progressive, which might be helpful for launches? (Not a drag racing guy, so I don't really know.) They also have a big aftermarket. Webers are simpler and easier to tune IMO, but you say that's not an issue for you. I do see a lot more Webers/Bergs on high-powered NA rotaries than Holleys, but that could just be because they're peripheral-ported.
