Tim the correct answer to your question changes from season to season. However, my definition is constant, and is somewhere between 3AM to 6AM.
To be at CB at 8AM, I would have to leave around 4:30AM. This way I sleep in and let you guys have a leisurely breakfast, then drive to the other side of Asheville and meet up with us.
And of course, Kevin is totally crazy, so he has no problem driving all night and day.
