Really hard to diagnose from a video. Almost sounds like a slight exhaust leak. Can you tell where the noise is coming from?

Cannot isolate "where". I was hoping it was the airpump, but the sounds seems to be coming from farther back than that.
thanks |

Take off the belts and run it for a short time. See if that helps.
It sounds like the rotor is touching the housing. Did you check this clearance? Did you change a rotor or gear/bearing assembly? This indexing is important. Barry |
