New to Forum Introducing Victor Bright's 93 Rx-7

Hello, i have owned my 93 Rx-7 for 4 years now. I bought in from a dealer in Clearwater Fl, I bought it sight unseen knowing nothing and honestly got very lucky. I bought my silver base with dual oil coolers with only having 48,000 miles. I now have 65,000 in her. I have done many upgrades with the help of Cam from Pettit Racing in West Palm Beach Fl. Luckily I live about 30 miles away and make the trip twice a year for maintenance. Since I bought the car I have never had any problem with the car, I love it because the cost of maintenance is almost nothing. I have it insured with Grundies Auto insurance, that cost me less than $200 a year and registration, $50. I added 20 inch TSW Negaros wheels for an aggressive stance, and does it grip! The tires are Toyo Proxes I have about 15500 miles on them have done a great job and have held up great. I also upgraded the struts to Pettit Coil overs, this gave me a great deal of ride adjustment, after adding them I could tell an instant difference in the car, it felt like driving a caddy! I also replaced all the brakes and rotors with pettit slotted rotors and bear break pads. The break lines were upgraded to braided as well as the clutch line. In my car there was a bad rear dif mount, $800 later all better. The motor was de compressed and all the hoses replaced and over flow tank upgraded to aluminum, and a pettit air separator to deflect hot air away from the air intake was added at the same time.

My buddy owns Audio Creations, Billy Gormely, he added remote start, K-40 radar and laser jammers, this works great unless they plain old see you going 140 then nothing can help. and the stereo, 2 Jl 8 inch subs a custom glassed box color matched with a 5 channel jl digital amp molded into the glass all set between the rear struts. Light and clean.
All jl mids and co ax highs as not to cut anything in the car, just an alpine head unit which I intend to upgrade with a touch screen.

The body, I pained the R1 lip silver I love this, also i deleted the Mazda emblem on the front bumper.

I drive the car about 100 miles a week, I love driving it. I hope you enjoy the photos
