FS: 87 LS1 FC 6-speed omg wow! (Oregon) $10.5K firm

87 RX-7 Base model, located in Gresham OR
00 LS1/T56, bone stock, ~58k miles (42k at swap)
Car has ~144k miles, swap done at 128k
Black interior with grey accents
Power windows, mirrors
S5 idiot cluster, rewired for full use
Everything electronic works!! All gauges, wipers (all settings), clock, blower, etc
Cruise control works, but its kinda finicky thanx to the speedo driver
No AC or PS (doesn't need PS- honest)
$10.5k firm

I'm too paranoid to let someone I don't know paint the car, and I can't decide on a color.. so I'm just selling it as is. All body parts needed to make a nice widebody S5 are included! Pick your own color, maybe paint it yourself? It's better this way I think :-) The body is in great shape, with a only few little dimples (easy fix during prep). Forgive the current fenders/doors- the good parts are in storage, safe from aholes who back into people in parking lots... (thats what happened to my current driver side fender)

304hp/316tq through stock manifolds/cats
Only dragged twice, with a best of 12.92@114.
Autocrossed several times- fun!!
Passed OR smog well below limits
Doesn't leak anything anywhere
Mobil 1 5w30/filter since day 1, changed every 3k
Weighs 2750, according to a truck scale
19/29mpg (how tacky of me, I know)
Engine is in awesome condition- never had the slightest problem with it since the start.

Pics-
(Too many to embed)
Exterior/Engine - http://s131.photobucket.com/albums/p...8_2k/LS1%20FC/
Interior - http://s131.photobucket.com/albums/p...20FC/Interior/
Extra parts - http://s131.photobucket.com/albums/p...Extra%20parts/

Good-
(Everything installed @128k or later)
Hinson engine/trans mounts
CableX speedometer driver (programmed for current setup)
Wilwood clutch master cyl
Z06 clutch/pressure plate
Fidanza 12lb flywheel
Slave cylinder bored (so pedal doesnt stick down after fast shifting)
Poly trans mount
WS6store 6.5" stick on stock shifter
Walbro 255lph fuel pump
Aeromotive inline filter, FPR (set at 58psi)
Griffin radiator, 22x19x3
Taurus fan (holy suction batman!)
K&N filter (cleaned/oiled as needed)
MAF screen removed
Battery behind passenger seat
New thermostat, plugs (I hear plugs are a pain with the engine in the car)

Aluminum hood
FD Torsen diff (in TII pumpkin w/ TII axles), pinion snubber
Tein Flex coilovers
ST sway bars
Energy Susp poly bushings
TII brakes
Powerslot front rotors, Brembo blanks in back
Hawk HP+ pads
Goodrich(?) braided stainless brake lines f/r
New brake master cyl
Calipers rebuilt
AWR individual camber adjusters
Racing Beat center camber adjuster
DTSS eliminators
All new wheel bearings, ball joints, tie rod ends
Ebay strut bars, front and rear (couldn't hurt)

17x9/10.5 FR500 wheels
BFGoodrich G-Force KD TA tires (the kickass ones)
245/40/17 front (new)
275/40/17 rear (60%)
Fenders well rolled, no rubbing anywhere
ARP lug studs

Bad-
Needs paint (obviously)
No demester vents (gasp)
Car has some creaks, thanks to the coilovers and bushings, mostly just on uneven or tore up roads.
5th grinds when cold, and 2nd is kinda stiff. You can still shift fast, it just feels stiffer than the other gears. Trans also grinds a little during high rpm fast shifting. I guess the syncros are a little tired. It hasn't gotten any worse in the 16k I've had it, but I thought it was worth mentioning. Others that have driven the car haven't complained, so maybe i'm just a whiner.

Extra parts-
Hurst shifter w/ white knob (throw too short for my liking)
TII pumpkin with FD torsen (not setup)
RaceOnUSA 20mm front fenders (no pic- still in the original packing)
Everything for S5 conversion, to include-
*Doors, w/ power windows and speaker mounts
*Front bumper, primered, with FTPs, turn signals, and fog lights
*Mouldings
Set of 17x8 Mustang GT wheels with 225/45/17 Falkens (also for sale seperately)

Nice set-up.
Very nice price.
I always wished mine was more of a beater! I always felt like I had to be so careful with it.
Good Luck Josh!

COMPLIMENT FOR SURE! I was just stating how I wished my LS6 was more like yours so I wouldn't have to be so careful about dings or scratches. I apologize for the poor wording. I'm not here to put anyone down.

Nice car man, very clean swap and I am NOT a fan of the V8 swaps. Somehow, the way the interior sits, it looks clean and concise.

Good luck with the sale!!! That is definitely priced to move.

Let me know if you ever want to sell one of those TII pumpkins with the Torsen diff in it.
