Glad to finally join

Hey, my name is James and I am in Murfreesboro/Smyrna TN. I don't technically own an RX-7 right now because I am in the process of selling it to my dad. Bought the car in 2005 from my best friend. It is an '83 RX7 with a GSL rear end. Drove it for a while during the rebuild of my Saturn, which I totalled over a year ago. I drive a 95 Saturn Coupe now, and some may remember me as the only Saturn to make it to the Rotary Rally last year.

I still drive the RX-7 on occasion, such as now. I just finished rebuilding the rear diff, which was a little bit easier than I had expected. These are the only pics that I have at this time. May post some more recent pics later.

Why thank you. She is still a work in progress. I am collecting the pieces to do a forged supercharger build. Hoping to be boosted by next spring. Getting married in October or I would finish it sooner.

yeah, actually surprised me when I saw it. Looks clean. I know for a fact those motors last 3 years with nothing but gas so I have a little more respect for them as DD.

I dunno about supercharging it and all that jazzy stuff when you have a nice 7 to work with.

Welcome to the club and hope you enjoy hanging out over here.

Which makes perfect sense. They are sacrificing safety either way. lol

Hey man, what up. This is Nate, me and my dad drove the Red Miata 2 years ago to the Gap with you and the Mid Tenn crew. BTW, I got my Turbo FB going finally.

I saw that. I would love to see that thing in person. I am trying to convince my dad and brother that a turbo will fix all of their problems. Just wish it was true. Gonna try to get an extra motor to rebuild though so that they can turbo the car and just drop the motor in with everything and save a little on the down time.

Hey I found the metal sunroof for your car. I'll give it to you if you promise you will never sell the glass one. Call me.
