FS: 90 RX7 Vert (Lots of Pics) $2500obo Lubbock,Texas 79414

1990 Mazda RX7 Vert. The color is Harbor Blue Metallic - 5D ad looks to be original and in very good condition besides a vew spots that are in the pics below. Some oxidation on the rear trunk, some cracks on the bumper and a scratch on the hood. The top is in good condition but does have a few small pin size holes in it.

The wheels are of course not original and I do not have the originals as they did not come with the car. The tires are alittle rotted but hold air. Car still seems to be completely original with the original jack, spare tire, tools/bag, manuals and alot of the original stickers. Car I believe even has the original gas cap still on it lol. I have found no rust on the car and on the bottoms side has some normal scraps but no major damage. The exhaust tips seem to be in good condition and normally those are rusted pretty bad. Car has 118k on it with a 5 speed transmission. The car did start for a moment but now it does not run. I assume the motor will need a rebuild but I do know it is now throwing a code 26 for the OMP pump.

Price: $2500 OBO (or best offer)
Located in Lubbock,Texas
Clear Title

Few of the bad spots

Phoenix7 will become famous soon enough
DO you know it's history? How long have you owned it? Any history of overheating or some sort of cooling system malfunction?

Which makes perfect sense. They are sacrificing safety either way. lol

Honestly I don't know much on it's history. I picked it up a few months ago and would rather put funds into my T2 to get it back on the road instead of the vert.

Didn't see any signs of overheating and the coolant in the system now looks clean. I know the car is probably in limp mode right now and I just get the code 26 error as mentioned above.

Everything appears to have been well taken care of on the car and I do not see any signs of malfunctions besides what could be the OMP pump but haven't done much diagnosing since finding that out.

you know, that you can get an omp pretty cheap used online, right?

Or you could spend 100 on the Rtek chip, and 30 on an OMP delete kit, which would also solve the problem.
