i know it's gonna be a job, but bonzai in indy has the mounts. i was wandering if you use the fd trans or an fc. i'm looking for details on the subject. if it's gonna be too much, then i'll stick with the t2 engine that came in the fc's.

those motor mount brackets are for the 13b RE they will not work for the 13 b REW as far as the transmission goes the turbo II tranny will work

Any mounts that adapt the REW engine to the FC chassis are worthless. Anyone who is familiar with the REW mounts and the FC chassis know why.
Basically it loads the mounts in a way they were never meant to be loaded. The only way I would consider doing that swap involves alot of welding on the FC front crossmember

would a cosmo be a better swap or just use a s4 t2 engine.my goal hp level is about 350 at the wheels. it's an n/a s4 right now. i'm not swapping anything just yet. this fall i'll be stripping the whole under side of the car removing any and all rust from it. i plan on having everything blasted and painted before i put it back together. once i get everything underneath done, i'll then focus on what i'm gonna put under the hood. i'm trying to find out what my options are when i get to that point. the help you're giving is much appreciated.

after i thought about it at work today, it would be less of a hassle to go that route. i must've had some kind of a brain fart. thanks for the input though guys.
