fuel question

Hey everybody been a long time since I've been on here, had a few family issues that had me out of state quite often. But now I'm back and I have a few more questions. Exhaust I had made a while back and hearty rusted out due to poor metals. I found a company that will sell a complete 3 inch stainless steel turbo back exhaust for a little over 500 dollars. Once I get this an install it I will be driving very carefully so that way I'm not constantly hitting fuel cut. My question is how does the stock ecu larger secondary injectors? I had planned on getting a rtek ecu upgrade. But the cost of trips to florida from ohio left me pretty broke, and this new exhaust cost me my tax refund. Now other than saving up for a new ecu, is there a safe way to get past fuel cut. I realize I will need a fuel cut defender but I've always thought bad of those. I was going to ask on the judges thread but after reading through the newer pages I realize that he probly would never answer it.

Cliff notes!
can I handle a full 3 inch turbo back exhaust using bigger injectors the stock ecu and a fcd. The car already has a 255 fuel pump and ported waste gate SAFELY?

djmtsu will become famous soon enough
I was running a 3" catback, FCD, stock injectors and stock ECU with no issues.

I did port the hell out of the wastegate to help prevent boost creep though.
