-Is this car legal to register and title in the US?
or
-Does it have the necessary paperwork to get it registered and titled?

already registered in michigan, completely 100% legal.

I was hoping the car was in better shape. That rust in not repairable. It is a good idea though. I may consider the same concept next time I sell a pristine 7.
