They use to be made by G-Force/RPM in New Hampshire. From what i hear they moved to CA and now called Technosquare Inc.

They did ECU's for all japaneese cars.

If you are asking if the chip will work in a N370 ecu, I don't know.
The chip is installed in the N332 ecu which is for S4 turbo cars.
