I worked with NASA mid-atlantic quite a bit in the past and they are a great group to run with. Their events are usually pretty busy, but I enjoy watching some exciting door-to-door racing inbetween HPDE and TT events. They are very organized and get a lot done in one weekend, it can feel like a circus sometimes.

NASA is very novice friendly, great for beginners. They also seem to have a more 'laid back' atmosphere... everybody has a good time. (note: they are not 'laid back' about safety )
