what would you expect to pay?

a little more info... says compression is excellent. wants $1300... seems a bit steep IMO. for a few bux more, hell throw in the tranny and some other stuff...

feels like im having trouble getting info out of this guy. man i really need a motor... not sure what else i should ask... any suggestions?

edit: i havent seen the car... i found the seller on craigslist while searching in the Chicago listings.
