need RX7 Clean S4 Nutswinger Join Date: Mar 2008 Location: Sterling Heights, MI Posts: 485 Rep Power: 18	I am nearly finished with the painstaking process of removing the flaking gunmetal paint from the housings and front cover , I'd say they're about 90% clean right now. I also have pretty much all the other engine parts I need on the way right now (flywheel, LIM, BAC, etc). Then it's on to re-sealing the oil pan and installing Banzai Racing oil pan brace, then she'll be just about ready to drop in. __________________ -Ted -1986 Mazda RX7 Sport [DD/beater]: engine finally let go at 205k. parts car status. -1986 Mazda RX7 base [resto-mod project]: S5 n/a swap in progress.
