It sounds like the coolant filler neck?
You can buy a brand new one from the Mazda dealer. It comes with a brand new radiator cap too. Does yours have a bypass fitting? If not, I'd recommend getting the FD part, as it's aluminum and will probably outlast the engine itself. -Ted
