Although none of us have done a max effort 6-port NA, I am reasonably convinced that 200 WHp (250 Hp) is the pie-in-the-sky limit for a streetported 6-port.
I have heard rumors (never seen dyno curves) of 175 WHp out of a stock 6-port, but I don't know that I believe them. I made 155 WHp (almost 200 Hp) with a 6-port NA using the same setup as my 216 WHp 4-port. I might have been running a little rich, but not 60 WHp rich ![]() Basically, the 4-port makes more power than the 6-port naturally aspirated, plus is configured with the oil and water supply for the turbo and the lower compression rotors to support the boost. 6-port engines are only used because they are cheap. Here is a comparison of a stock 6-port and a nearly stock 4-port: In the defense of the 6-port, it had 185,000 miles on it and was completely stock (s4). The 4-port had a mild streetport and had about 7,000 miles on the rebuild.
