ugh...heater fan went out

Perfect time of year for the fan to stop blowing. Drove to my sister's for family thanksgiving and it worked. Drove home late that night and it did not work.

It wasn't giving any signs of problems. From what I've read it can be the fuse, the relay or the blower. It's not the heater core cause it does create ambient heat out of the vents that's still controlled by the logicon. I turn it to hot and ambient heat will rise out of the vents. Just no fan to push it.

Time to read the FSM.

One question. To replace the logicon do I need to remove the main speedo cluster to get to the harness plug? It's been a while since I messed with that stuff, but I do have a spare working logicon. I'd like to swap them and see what happens.
