Custom wheel company

I remember seeing something about a company that makes wheels completely custom. You can send them a design and they'll make them for you. I can't remember where I saw this and I can't remember the company name. Does anyone remember seeing anything about that? IIRC the company was in Europe somewhere, but my memory is hazy on this.

I'm tired of getting wheels and only being somewhat pleased with them. I love my TM02s, but I've always wanted a wheel with lip, and I've been looking at CCW Classics but I'm not crazy about that specific mesh design. I've looked through so many companies and no one has exactly what I'm looking for. If I can find them I'd be willing to pay a good amount for them, just to finally have it. Which is why I'm asking about a company to make a custom design, because I don't think what I'm looking for is already out there.
